Get ready to dig in or simply sit back and eat while we work.  In this introduction to chocolates I'll introduce you to the technique of tempering (making chocolates hard and shiny), exploring different types of chocolates, and finally making delicious bon bons and truffles.  You'll be licking your fingers just to keep your keyboard clean as you learn how to make chocolates that will impress your friends and win over your enemies!
