Fun with Mushrooms

Description

I absolutely love mushrooms, and if you're anything like me when it comes to these delicious edible fungi then you definitely NEED to be in this class!  We'll talk about different types of mushrooms and different techniques for cooking them.  I have found, from doing live demonstrations, that a lot of people really do love and have a desire to use more mushrooms more often.  Lack of knowledge and availability, along with some fear and aprehension, can hold you back when it comes to using and enjoying mushrooms.  I am here to put an end to all of this and teach you how you can use more mushrooms more often and make them more delicious!
