In this class, we talk about pasta, and how to do it right. Pasta is one of those things that gets overcooked, never seasoned, and abused. Do you rinse pasta? Do you put oil or salt in the water, or both? You’ll find out!
How about sauces? You might not know, but the texture and type of pasta affect the sauce, and the doneness of the pasta has a huge effect.
We will also be making pasta from scratch, and preparing a delicious fettuccine dish! You may never buy dried pasta again once you see how easy it is!
