Micro Classes  - A Little Time, A Big Help

My micro classes are designed for people who don’t have an hour to invest, or want to spend $20 dollars on a class, but want to learn something real and valuable in a short amount of time.
I will spend a half hour, doing quick, effective demos, for just $5-$7 dollars per person, per class.
These classes will concentrate on simple, but powerful techniques to use in your kitchen every day.

And I will also leave time for some questions on just about anything you wanted to ask. I think this will be an awesome way for anyone to get the flavor of the classes on ChefHangout.com!!

What do you think of when you hear the words Hickory, Mesquite, or Applewood?

Usually bacon, or maybe grilling outdoors, right? Have you ever smoked anything? Seems intimidating? What if I told you that there are other ways to add smoke flavor to your dishes besides just smoking them?

In this class I will go over several different popular smoking woods, as well as several different ingredients that you can use to add that awesome smokey goodness to your foods. We will also do a quick demo dish that uses some of these techniques!

Note - this class is demonstration only, I will provide a file of notes for you to take away from the class!!
